Only require small (simply furnished) room, can be smaller than the usual (within larger setting* with proper egress and facilities) room can be small, 9x9, 8.5x8.5, even 8x8, single bed, chair, small table, chest, closet, window, etc.

Great easy tenant for great landlord

• if your first priority is a tenant that automatically conducts himself properly, follows household procedures, is equally at ease being quietly with self or cooperatively interacting, that’s me.

Me: straight SWM 74 nondrinker, nonsmoker, nondrug, polite, friendly, nonmessy, nonnoisy, cleanup after every meal, positive attitude, computer programmer, HS (Bergen Catholic) and college (Iona) athlete - but old now, I cannot run anything like I used to, no pets, generally no visitors, many interests including: sports, sports data, tvnews, quality tv programs/movies, computer programming, systems, reading, writing (website contributing writer, project proposals, baseball stats/history), scrabble, internet, research, and more (currently developing a book on baseball ⚾).

You are getting very well-behaved tenant. I get great little space and great landlord. Great deal for both!

My tendency is to stay longterm, I was at a place for 8+ years but that house deteriorated badly, then went to another house that was excellent, but the house was sold after 2.5 years.
