I am a very easy going 27 year old female. Ive already secured a job as a kayaking guide on Key West and now looking for housing. I’d like to be no more than a 45 minute drive, meaning I can go as far north as Kudjoe Key if it means I find an affordable place to rent. I’m a very heavy sleeper so you don’t have to worry about whispering past my door when I’m asleep. I’m not a clean freak nor a slob, I’m somewhere in the middle. I might leave my dirty dishes in the sink for like 12 hours before I make the time to wash them, but never for longer than a day. I smoke medical, but I can store it in the car and I’ll never smoke in the house. You can have guests over as much as you want, but I wouldn’t appreciate them being there while you’re not home (unless they also live there) I’m not home much during the day, if the weather allows I’ll usually be outside biking or paddling. When I am at the house, I usually watch tv in my room or do some artwork/reading in the yard. *Bonus points if you also like to paint and we can do a lil paint night together :)
