Im looking to rent a room in someone’s home or find a place with someone reliable, responsible, clean. My ideal date to move would be Nov 2026. I’d be down for over the phone interviews, since I’m relocating from another state. My credit is fair, which I’m working on. Rental history is on point for the last 9 years. If you have Good or Fair credit/rental history, that would be a plus and together we can get a nice place, although I’ve never had a problem getting approved on my own. I prefer to live with one other roommate. I respect people’s privacy, I stay out of the way, and pay rent and bills on time. I have my 3 yr old blue nose pitbull dog, who’s highly well trained and super love-able! She’d live with us! Ideal place would include my own private bathroom, and full access to a kitchen. One of my hobbies include cooking, and meal prepping, and working out so I would be more than willing to share food with my roommate. I cook amazingly, if I say so myself :D. I’m focused on getting my degree, my fitness/health, and figuring out my next steps in life, while going to school.
