I’m looking to rent a room in someone’s home or find a place with someone reliable, responsible, clean, and with good rental history. Good or fair credit is a plus, but good rental history would def help us get approved somewhere. I prefer to live with no more than one other roommate. I respect people’s privacy, I stay out of the way, and I pay my rent and bills on time. Currently, the apartment I’ve been living in for 3+ years is too expensive, since rent was raised recently, and it’s just me here. I would like to move into another place that’s more affordable and team up with someone who’s willing to live together for at least 1-2 years. I have my 1 yr old blue nose pitbull puppy, who’s highly well trained and super love-able! She’d live with us! My ideal place would include my own Bedroom, bathroom, and full access to a kitchen. One of my hobbies include cooking, and meal prepping, so I would be more than willing to share food with my roommate. I cook amazingly, if I say so myself :D. I’m focused on getting my degree, my fitness/health, and figuring out my next steps in life, while going to school.

Ps. I am allergic to cats….
