Preferably looking to find a house but equally open to apartments for 5-6+. I’m very laid back, very easy to get along with. I’m very open minded. I’m not messy but I’m also not obsessed with everything being sanitized or spotless 24/7. I do not have any pets, I am allergic to cats ONLY IF they are w/in arm’s length distance but dogs are perfectly fine. I work from home ( 8:30/9:30am - 5:30/6:30pm) and keep to myself during that period. I cook, social drinker at most, don’t mind loud music or gatherings/parties during the week/weekend as long as I can sleep or get enough notice in advance to plan accordingly IF for some reason I don’t join you. I do have a kid who is with me over the weekend, very friendly, not exceptionally loud, very well behaved and would not disturb you or grab your things at all. I can pay rent and help out with reasonable utilities.
