Hello all! I’m looking for a place (with OR without a roommate/roommates) to move into in January or ASAP. I would prefer to have my own private room but no problem sharing a bathroom. I would prefer the location be near LBCC as I will be attending there :~) My budget is around or no more than $800~ but flexible depending on circumstances. I am very respectful and love to be social. I am very alcohol, lgbtqia+, pet, and 420 friendly. I love going out as well as staying in and playing video games (I own a PC).
