My fiancé and Myself both work full time jobs and are looking for a place for maybe 6 to 8 months. We currently rent the apartment over a garage separate from the house on the property. The owner decided to sell the property and the new tenants don’t want anyone else living on the property. They gave us little to no time to find other arrangements. Our goal is to buy a house next year but my credit isn’t quite where is needs to be yet. My fiancé and myself both have a son from previous relationships. My son is grown and may or may not visit on a rare occasion however my fiancé has a 10 year old that comes to stay with us every other weekend. We are quiet,responsible,and hard working adults and we keep to ourselves. We are Christian believers and are actively involved and attend church regularly in our spare time. We don’t smoke or do any drugs and we don’t have pets that live with us. We need an affordable clean place to stay temporarily until my credit score goes up.
