I am a graduating senior at UAB, looking to leave a bad relationship situation and find new living arrangements. I have a 15 year old cat who came to me declawed and a 7 year old medium sized dog. The cat is not super friendly but is very old and could be kept in my room. My dog is friendly with most other dogs but not most cats. He does well with people though and loves to cuddle. I am a generally clean person and appreciate the same. I am willing to work out a chore schedule/chart if that’s preferred. I do not smoke or drink or do any drugs (I am sober and clean), but I don’t mind if someone smokes or drinks. I don’t usually stay up late but I am a heavy sleeper so it won’t bother me if you do.
