I’ll respect your home. I do some cooking but not so much that I’ll be taking over your kitchen and when I do use it, it’ll be cleaned up and things put away.

Ps WELL cared for pets: one friendly neutered terrier mix dog he’a seven years old and one @17 year old spayed cat one 4 year old spayed cat.

PPS I KNOW it’s a lot of pets but they do have good rental references for being clean and good with property.

Ppps Louie, my dog gets along well with others❤️ and cats will stay in bedroom happily…or after they acclimate and if it’s okay with you they’ll come out of room.
