Seeking roomate in Rosemead to share cost of rent and utilities. Current rent is 1800 month for 2 bedrooms shared bath. The landlord pays water and gardener. You will have access to a washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave and living room fully furnished w TV. This is a shared contract of 1 year minimum. Weekly cleaning is is encouraged and a shared chore but mostly light since it will only be two people total. You will have your own parking space within the property that is shared with the neighbors who live in the front. A total of 4 cars can easily park without blocking each other from coming and going as you please. I work M-F so I am out most of the day. I don’t mind if you work from home as long as the bills and rent is paid on time. I am looking for someone soon as my current roomate has had some financial difficulties and can no longer pay her half of the rent. Serious inquiries only. $900 monthly for your rent.
