Moving to SF in January. Looking to rent a room or prefer to team up with one to two reliable roommates to rent a nicer/safer place with. Areas I prefer are North Beach, Russian Hill, Cow Hollow, Pacific Heights, or Marina District. I am a professional working in healthcare industry, will be working remote 3 days a week. I will be commuting to work two days a week when things return to normal. Outside of work, I like hiking, walking, and exploring the new neighborhood and the new city. I also cook sometimes after work or mostly on the weekends. I am quiet yet friendly and easy to get along with. Would like quiet, easy going, and clean roomies. I like a clean bathroom and a clean kitchen and would prefer someone who will share household responsibilities and do their part in keeping the common areas clean.
