My budget INCLUDES deposit and utilities, not food. Im looking to rent a room!! I’m very neat, organized, stay to myself ,quiet. get along with anyone, children, animals like me. I am reliable, independent, like a clean environment. If I see something needs to be done, dishes, taking trash out, any cleaning I do it if needed. Any questions please feel free to ask. I have no pets. Willing to compromise on little work for deposit. The rent prices are too high for everyone but I have a great deal of small skills that help save time for anyone who will compromise and be flexible with pricing. Yard work , pet sitting, organizing clutter and office spaces, cleaning , and child care , cooking skills.
