I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom for myself, preferably for a one-year lease, with parking available. I’m also open to finding someone to rent a 2b/2b apartment together in the Downtown Miami or Edgewater area. A peaceful, clean, and organized home environment is very important to me. I work full-time, exercise regularly, and live a very healthy lifestyle. I don’t smoke or drink, and I prefer not to have alcohol in the house. I speak spanish as I’m from Argentina.

I value shared spaces being kept clean and tidy at all times. Since I study frequently and go to bed early, I’d prefer a roommate who doesn’t spend a lot of time watching TV in the living room, especially late at night.
