Young professional instructor looking for a room, very clean, friendly and I respectful of anyone’s personal space and belongings as i would like for the same.

I will be working most of my time I work as a special needs caregiver/provider for overnights and as a swim instructor I have various continues shifts so you won’t ever see me as often my schedule is very busy and am required 24/7 service provider for individuals on the spectrum for most days.

Be considerate so please don’t waste my time am looking for a smooth move transition before June 1st if am asked for too many things just to get a room don’t even bother messaging me back as I won’t even reply. Please and thanks I will repeat again if you’re asking for too much unnecessary paperwork or application fee and you know this won’t be a smooth transition or process in advance let’s not waste each other’s time.

I have background check and income in hand as necessary requirements if needed.

I work in midtown east 53rd any rooms available near that location would be my priority or somewhere of an easy commute to my job. Anything else please feel free to ask.
