I am a thirty year-old professional with clean and quiet tendencies. At home I often spend my time cooking, going to the gym and keeping to myself. Some of my hobbies include fishing, hiking, martial arts and generally being happy. I do not drink, smoke or participate in any unruly habits. I may occasionally have family or close friends visit for overnight stays- owner must be okay with this. I am interested in getting a medium to large dog in the near future, pets MUST be OK.

My budget is wide because I’m looking for specific accommodations and willing to pay for it!

Here is what I’m looking for:

• One plus extra to Two Car Garage Space -Master Bedroom or Large Guest Suite/2 bedrooms with other house space if needed. Shared bathroom OK. -Allowed pets both medium to large size single dog and an enclosed herbivorous reptile -Kitchen space for cooking and groceries -Safe Neighborhood -Couples OK, prefer single or 2 other roommates MAX -No indoor smoking, excessive drinking, poor hygiene or family drama from roommates.
