My brother (Trevor) and i want to rent two rooms in the same house, as sticking together is very important to both of us while also moving out of our parent’s small living conditions. We are moderate in everything political/controversial and value good relationships and good standings over any argument. We have a cat but, as much as i love him, he can stay or come depending on the house rules. We are very clean, respectful, and only wish for our own space and privacy.
