Joe

Hi. I’m Joe.

I’m looking to rent a room for the next year or so. I have a steady work history and think I’m pretty easy to get along with. I started with a new company up here at a union job (same industry), so I expect to work long hours during the week. And I expect to spend weekends at my significant other’s, so I really won’t be around much. I’m clean and respectful of common areas and don’t cook very often, but when I do it’s probably spicy spaghetti and the good garlic bread with the cloves in it and you’re welcome to have some. If I am home, I’m probably watching soccer or on the game or watching some dumb show or other. But seriously, I’ll probably be working, sleeping, or somewhere else most of the time. I’m aiming for June 1st as a move-in date.
