Hi, I am interested in renting a room around Fort Gordon, GA or Martinez, GA in mid July 2026. I’m 48 yrs old full time military professional, and also work part time with the NSA. I keep a very busy schedule and am rarely home. I am quiet, clean, respectful, organized, do not smoke, have no pets, and do not host visitors. I am looking for a private bedroom with a private bathroom. Access to the kitchen, laundry and reliable Wi-Fi is very important to me. It would be greatly appreciated if I could occasionally charge my Tesla using an outlet in the garage or outside with extra charge if needed. I prefer a furnished room if available and am comfortable with either a one year or two year lease. I do not mind living 10 to 20 minutes from Fort Gordon if the home is a good fit. My family lives in Virginia, so I will be in the area for about two years while completing my online studies and Army commitment. I would also appreciate knowing the final monthly price with all utilities included. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
