☑️RENT NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON CIRCUMSTANCES☑️ Recently widowed, non-smoker non-alcohol. No pets and no children. I am a Pediatric Registered Nurse. Also Retired Army Nurse. Grew up in Orlando and graduated from high school & college here. I’m of Irish/English descent. I’m interested in Conway area or Collage Park, Winter Park, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Fern Park, Longwood, for now until I decide where I want to settle permanently in the Orlando area. I’m looking for an affordable “possibly” temporary situation. If the arrangement works out well would be willing to stay. I have my own furniture so would require nothing other than a room & bathroom. I enjoy swimming, tennis and various other sports however I spend most of my time reading and quiet time in my room especially after busy work days. I am very healthy, had the COVID-19 vaccine in plus remained Covid-free despite my work environment. No sleep issues & could sleep through an earthquake! Very private person. Grew up in a large family (and my years in the Army) so used to sharing space and having people around but personally I’m neat, clean, quiet & respectful. I am sensitive to smoke & seasonal allergies related to rainy issues, “molds & mildew”. Rarely use the kitchen. Mostly use microwave. Would appreciate use of a washer and dryer once a week. (Provide my own detergent etc) I’m friendly and easy going especially because I am a caregiver…. I love my 42 year Nursing career, taking care of others and their families.
