I’ve recently moved into a room out of desperation (my apartment was being torn down and I had to be out by the end of July), but the situation I’ve found myself in isn’t super ideal. Due to this experience, I’d prefer to ONLY live with females. I will not entertain any messages from males, sorry! Definitely looking to move out end of year/begin of 2023.

I’m really only been looking for places in Lafayette/Danville/Pleasant Hill/San Ramon (maybe Walnut Creek or Martinez) but I spend a lot of time in Berkeley and the Rockridge area so I’m open to those too. Due to recent circumstances, I’d really prefer to only have to pay 900-1100 with utilities, but I definitely know that’ll be hard to come by. Figured I’d mention all of this first.

But anyways, I’m Sarah and I’m 31 years old. I work Monday-Friday 8-4/5 at the office in Danville. I’m pretty quiet and mostly just stay at home with my wine and watch my many tv shows lol. I’ve been taking Covid seriously and I’ve been fully vaccinated since February and I’m now boosted. I’m definitely not the type to have random people over or parties or anything and would prefer to have a roommate who has mostly the same mindset, but it’s not 100% a deal breaker! Very much LGBT+ and Cannabis friendly. I have a 10 year old long haired cat and she is only an indoor cat. She’s a sweetheart and my #1 :)

Anyway I’m really just looking for someone I can vibe with as a roommate and totally have wine and Bachelor nights but still have our own lives and such. Communication and respect are super important for me when it comes to roommates. But I’m beyond chill as long as you are :)
