My name is Ty I’m a 53year-old man who’s coming off of a breakup with my ex-girlfriend whom I’m still living with in Fairfield currently looking to get closer to my job in San Leandro. I work full-time graveyard so I basically sleep all day and work all night Monday through Friday, Saturday., I watch a little UFC and sleep, Sundays. I’m out and about. I’m not a party type of person. Wouldn’t mind having an occasional guest overnight so hoping to find somewhere where that’s acceptable. I do have a cat I would like to bring with me but it’s not a deal-breaker. If I can’t I can leave her with the ex-girlfriend. I’m very respectable of other space and property I don’t know how to cook so cooking would be light at best. I will be spending 99.9% of my time in the room.
