We are a couple looking in the Indianapolis area for an apartment or house to rent. Since the difference in price between 1 bedrooms to the 2 or 3 bedrooms is usually not that much, we are also considering finding a compatible roommate to help out with savings.

A little about us: I’m 34, real friendly, good credit, always on time with payments, keep shared spaces clean, and respectful of roommates. I’ve been employed with the same job for several years working full time for a call center (typically 9:30-6:00 PM shift, M-F), and am currently work-from-home. He is 24, very low-key and nice, and works at a hospital downtown typically first shift. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and drink occasionally / socially.

I don’t have an exact date that we’d need to move in by, but I would want to give my current roommate about 30-60 day notice.
