I’m a 21 year old recent graduate moving from North Carolina. I’m looking for a private room/bathroom in an apartment or roommates to apartment hunt with. I’m starting a new full-time job in October so I will be out during the week from 9a-5p. I am fully vaccinated, I love and don’t mind pets (especially cats), although I don’t have any of my own, and 420/alcohol friendly. I’m very clean and don’t mind doing my share of chores and open to good communication. Budget is around $500-850/month but willing to go up for nicer places. I’m moving across the country so I would love to make new friends. I love going to the beach, working out, going out for drinks, being outdoors, concerts and sporting events, etc. but I also love my personal time.
