I am a robotic technician currently in emeryville, ca. I am 22 and currently In school part time as well as working full time and I have a second source of income aside from financial aid and my current job. I am very clean and quiet. I am almost never home due to studying or being at one of my jobs so I would not be in anyone’s way. I cook as well if that’s something that’s ever needed. I have many connections from everything from mechanics (cars) grocery store discounts (friends who work @ certain stores) and I would never be late on the rent. I would plan on paying my portion of the rent months in advance so there would be absolutely zero issues on that end. I am very handy around the house as well. My personality is very laid back as my favorite is to sit and read comic books or watch movies. I am the complete opposite of problematic and would appreciate a roomate who is the same in that aspect!
