Hey! I’m MJ (he/they). I’m a 32 year old looking for a spot in West Philly. My credit score isn’t the worst, but its below 650. Due to my disabilities, I cannot do apartments that are above the 1st floor, I can live in a rowhome as long as there’s more than one bathroom lol & I’m on the 2nd floor.

About me: I’m a queer gnc trans guy that works in admin/customer service. 420 friendly, an outdoor cigarette smoker. I’m coming with 3 cats, I don’t care if you have a cat as long as they tolerate cats, cats are awesome. Chill cat friendly dogs welcome. I’d also prefer to live with someone 30+, but we can have conversations. I would prefer to live someone who is extroverted and okay with me having 12am or 1am bed time.
