Hello!

I am just trying to get a feel for what’s out there to see if there is someone like minded looking to share some cost of housing! I could afford to do it on my own but I would love to find someone to split bills with to live a better lifestyle. Recently divorced, will be selling house and this could be a short to long term lease depending on how things work out.

About me:

I am a father of 2 young boys, ages 2 and 5 that will be with me part time. I have carried FT employment for last 15 years. 800 credit score, never missed a payment on anything. I am super chill guy who can either go out occasionally for a night on the town or just as comfortable staying home having a drink and relaxing. I am pet friendly but don’t have any fur babies. I ride a Harley and love to go out for rides when I have the time. I am a clean individual who prefers to keep a clean household for myself and children. I like to cook and bbq when I have the time. Would like to have the occasional friend over for a drink or games. Fairy introverted but can also be the life of the party!

Looking for : someone to share housing cost of 3-4 bedroom place. I would need 2 rooms, one for myself and 1 for the boys. Want something with a garage and backyard preferably. Wouldn’t mind having another single parent looking for similar situation. I am not in a huge hurry and would prefer to wait to find the right individual that fits both of our wants. Wouldn’t mind if we got along and hung out occasionally or just keep to ourselves but we are going to be living with each other so good vibes are a must! Obviously must be responsible and pay on time. This is all probably a long shot but maybe you are out there?! Let’s chat and see if we can make this work!
