Hi! My name is Mia, she/they, and I’m 28 years old.

I am looking for someone I can team up with to sign a lease in the North Atlanta area for a year. I’ve lived in Sandy Springs for the past four years and would love to reside closer to Downtown for easy access to public transportation, but that’s not an absolute necessity for me. I have a couple of places in mind, but do need a roommate.

I am hoping to stay in the $1,100 range for my budget. I have two cats, Erebus and Isis, and they are both ESAs, and I have the paperwork for them so it shouldn’t hinder any apartment searches.

In my free time I dance, read, write, listen to music, enjoy the outdoors, and paint.

I am on the average side when it comes to cleanliness, so that’s something you’ll never have to worry about. I’m pretty friendly and out-going. I would like to live in an environment where I can actually become friends with whomever I live with, and not be strangers.

One major thing is that I do work from home, my hours vary but I normally finish up around 8/9pm. I’d like to have a separate room for my office in order to maintain work/life balance and not take up space in shared common areas, but that isn’t strictly necessary. I would just need a room large enough to house both my bed and desk.

So in summary: Looking to sign a lease for a 2 or 3-bedroom with one other roommate. I have two cats, would prefer to smoke inside(no nicotine), and work from home.
