I don’t have pets, but I am ok with living in a place with animals as long as they don’t have access to my room and the owner keeps shared areas clean and odor free.

I’m an omnivore and I need to live in a place where the cooking of meat is allowed.

I keep a clean space and prefer a place where clean as you go is the expectation.

I enjoy my privacy and will respect yours. I plan to occupy the room alone and will request to know in advance (before moving in) if there are frequently other guests who will be present.
