I’m gone about 70% of the year as I travel a lot for work. I tend to keep to myself in the house as my job requires a lot of energy from me. Really just looking for a quiet, clean and peaceful place to decompress and recharge for my next event. When i am home, I will always clean up after myself and be considerate of our shared spaces. I do not drink and will only have guests over the house every once in a blue moon. I am looking to co-exist with a roommate(s) who ideally works outside of the home. The goal is to find a place with: a garage for some storage space, full size washer and dryer, driveway or guaranteed street parking near home, no more than 25 minutes from San Diego airport, and something that is more modern/new.Let’s connect if you think we’d be a good match!
