I am 36 years old and relocating from New York State for a job at Newport News Shipbuilders and am looking for a room to rent while I am new to the area. I am a non smoker. I do have two kids but they are staying in New York for the school year. When they do come to Virginia to visit, I would stay with them at a hotel so it would not have an impact on a living situation. I am extremely clean, I like to cook, I’m quiet and keep to myself. Trying to use the time that I have to learn some of the area and work as much as possible.
