Hi. I am looking to relocate to a decent place in the Fredericksburg area by the end of August. I would like a room that isn’t too small because I do have some furniture. I currently have 2 jobs both in the food delivery business I usually work evenings (dinner/late night rush) and sleep during the early morning/early afternoons.

A little about me- I am a newly single GWM in my early 40’s. I have an 18 year old son that has moved out and hopefully might visit once in a while but probably it’ll be me driving to visit him. I currently pay $550/month for rent and would like to stick around that range or lower if possible. I’m not a clean freak but I’m also not a messy pig. I listen/produce music in my spare time. Currently i have 2 songs on some of the music streaming services. I don’t listen at a loud volume typically. I have no pets but have been thinking about getting a smaller dog as a companion. I am not a big fan of cats. I mean they are ok. I just dont think I’d ever get one. My current and previous roommates have had multiple cats (5 currently) so I’ve had enough of living with cats to last a lifetime. Overall, I’m a pretty chill guy. I don’t surround myself with tons of drama cause who wants that? I pay my rent on time or within the typical 5 day grace period depending on paydays. I am a private person tho and stay to myself generally. Spend a lot of time just hanging out in my bedroom alone.
