I’m a quiet person who likes to keeps to themselves. I work overnights full time and sleep during the day so you will probably rarely see me except on the weekends if you work during the day. I do not drink, smoke, or party and I rarely have anyone visiting other than my sister (and sometimes nephews) 1 - 2 times a year.

I have a 2yr old Maltipoo named Dipsy who is an ESA and is currently undergoing service dog training. I take him with me to work.

My budget is $800 - 1100$, but the cheaper the better honestly. I would also love a place that has in house/unit laundry.

Public transportation and biking is my method of getting around, so I would ideally like a place that is close to transit or in bikeable distance to Downtown Seattle where I work. I would also like a place close to at least 1 grocery store and has space to store my etrike whenever I’m home.

I do not have credit, but I’ve been consistently paying my rent/bills early and on time for the last 2 years at my current apartment complex. I’ve always paid my rent on time, I just opt not to establish credit. Thanks for understanding.
