Saeed & Derrick West

Saeed: I am an hvac student taking courses online. I am looking for short term leases, at least 6 months. I am working as a reservations agent at a limo service company in Chantilly, VA. I pay my rent on time and have a good record. I make sure to do my end and keep the place clean and organized. I can cook some things and wouldn’t mind making a big batch for everyone. I am very chill, easy going, well organized. I am quiet but can have a good conversation. I spend most of the time out of the house either working, spending time with family or studying. There might be some days where I just chill in my own space or take a rest day.

Derrick: I tend to myself and work. I don’t ask for much when I look for a place. All I am looking for is a space to sleep, shower, cook or warm food, and drink water. I will always put my hand forward to make sure the space is clean and for any messes I make, I take care of it by myself.
