HI! I am a California native and looking to rent a place in San Diego area. I am a genuine, friendly, responsible, kind-hearted, and clean person. I enjoy running, hiking, cooking, and music. I live a healthy lifestyle, no drugs or smoking of any kind. I am not a partier. I work a full-time M-F 7am-4pm job. I am a sensitive sleeper and need it to be quiet by 10pm. I have my Covid vaccine. I prefer a roommate that can also be a friend and possibly hang out on occasion. I prefer a roommate that understands how their actions can affect others around them. I am a planner rather than a spontaneous, go-with-the-flow person and prefer if roommate was too.
