Hi there. I am available for another roommate to sign a lease for a place I have on hold. It’s a 2/2, around $808 per person, excluding electricity & WiFi. I currently attend USF, majoring in a business degree. I am an overall balanced individual that values personal space. Some days I will be out and active, other days I will mostly be in my room. My dream roommate is clean, responsible, and most of all respectful of personal space. This person has firm boundaries yet understands how to extend grace and compassion to others. She is also OK with two small dogs. This person practices open and honest communication— I put a harmonious home as a top priority. Decent credit or a co-signer/guarantor preferred.
