Need to know by FEBRUARY 25, 2026. Can move in around 3rd week of APRIL, 2026 when lease is up. Retired. On fixed income. $400 is all I can do or I do have a Section 8 Voucher. Active senior (weight lifting, dance, bike [paved trails and beach], walk, badminton, and such). Don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol, or do drugs. Do nutritional supplements and Shepherd’s Chapel. I’m not perfect. I just keep working on being better. Am a veteran. Need private bedroom and private bathroom. Do not want senior living. Thanks.
