hey there i’m ashley 🌸🌱🦋! i’m a mid 20s gal, aspiring actress and singer/songwriter. i just accepted a position with an events company that produces huge events in the city for their clients. i’m also currently interning at a pr company looking to navigate into the pr space (marketing, smm, events, beauty) and also teaching myself at the same time. i’ll be moving from pennsylvania. my dates are flexible. i am considering sometime between jan-summer of 2023. rent would need to be <$2,000 including utilities. i’m just browsing for potentials at the moment but i’d be open to rooming with 1-3 other females for 3 months to see how things go. i’d prefer to live in brooklyn specifically crown heights but also open to bushwick. anywhere i can catch the 3/4/6 or a/c lines for the train. i’m big people being respectful for the space that we live in and the people that we live with, so i’d be expecting that from my roommates. i’m fine with overnight (depending on the circumstance) but you’d have to let me know in advance. i’m kind-hearted, outgoing, easy to get along with, have good energy ⚡️ and fun to be around! i am religious and love going to church. i’m a huge foodie that prefers to eat healthy as i’ve made the switch mainly to organic food over a year ago so i will tend to make my meals at home- a lotta trader joe’s, whole foods, and coconut water to be purchased! i’m a huge traveller, and very impromptu about my plans and seem to not mesh well with people that don’t have any idea of what they’d like to do for the day, so i’m ideally looking for roommates that do the same. i’d love to be good friends with my roommates and explore the city, attend pop-ups, do last minute weekend vacations- because my urge is real! go to concerts, laugh until our stomaches hurt, watch trash/yell at reality tv (i need someone to watch the ultimatum, love is blind, the bachelor listen to your heart, and married at first sight with!), make crazy runs to target/duane reade and awesome memories with! i love to be and connect with people but i also enjoy my time alone as well. i like going out but i don’t want you bringing the party or the boys home with you, if you can’t respect that, i’m not the roommate for you. bonus points if you work in pr and any adjacent industry! i’d also be down to do a facetime if you’d like to do apartment hunting together! if you think we’d be a good match message me 💖!
