Cassondra

Hello lovelies!

My name is Cassondra, I am looking for a 6 month or month-to-month lease in the Northshore area starting mid March. I’m currently living in Tennessee and headed up to Boston for the summer :)

My ideal space: Private bed and bath, ideally furnished but unfurnished and shared bath also ok! I’m moving with no furniture and few kitchen appliances or utensils so would love if I can use yours.

Ideal roomie(s): Female or non-binary beings preferred. Will also consider clean and exceptionally respectful males. Open to all ages and would love to share a friendly dynamic where we can check in with each other and build a foundation of trust and communication should any household concerns arise. We both do our part to keep communal spaces generally tidy (I’m by no means super uptight about this), share household chores and wind down by 10 most nights–I’ll be up early with my job! Would love our home to be a generally calm environment with some parties or gatherings.

Other notes: I don’t have any pets but would happily love yours if they are well behaved. I also would like to date and may have male guests in our space from time to time (with prior communication, of course.)

About me: My top values are environmental harmony, conscious embodiment, and authentic communication. In my free time I love being outside, grounding in my body through movement, cooking nourishing food, and making whatever art comes to me.
