Hi! I am looking for a private room to rent with a/some cool housemate(s). Finances are a little tight right now with housing costs, groceries, car insurance, student loans etc. of course. Want to make sure its a good fit, start month to month and ideally would like to live in the same place long term, at least 3-6 months if not longer – market economics are changing daily.

Looking for: 🏡 Housing / location: East Sac, Land Park, Arden areas are preferred. Near a 24 hour fitness, Costco, a park, waterway or trails is ideal. Quality place, with quality people.

When: 🕰 Looking to move (May or possibly April 2026), pending the right fit.

Room: Ideally min 12’ x 12’ + and or over 140 sq ft with a good size closet and parking easily available/nearby. Will pay more for a larger size and or furnished room.

Rent (private room): 💵 $600 up to $1000 MAX total INCLUDING utilities — pending right conditions, amenities, place, rmates. Lease month-to-month, up to 3 to start, see if its a good fit, then go from there. *** $1000 being furnished/ private entrance/separate unit and or a larger room, ideal location, amenities, house mate(s) etc ***

Potential roommates: 😁 🤙🏽 Preferably in my age range 28 - 45yo (within a 10 year or so age difference seems to mesh well) who are responsible, cool, chill, fun, dependable roommate(s), also easy to get along with, can socialize with, similar interests, etc. Don’t need to be best friends, but chemistry with anyone you’re living with is better than none. We all have our problems but lets please all have our mental/ emotional stability. No drama, erratic behavior, immaturity, or frequent/heavy alcohol/drug use. Keep it cool and respectful 💯

About me: I work in education, primarily with elementary, SPED students and various age groups. Am an Oregon grad (Go Ducks! 🦆), now 38 years of age, athletic, educator, entrepreneur, love to travel, exercise, stay healthy, work out, socialize, play sports, learn/read, art, science, many passions and interests. Just got back from traveling abroad in SE Asia, first time checking out Thailand. Love to explore, learn and travel – various cultural immersion is the best.

Love to hit the river, the ocean, lakes, be outdoors, and explore! Light drinker, enjoy socializing and having fun – but not a huge partier.

I am responsible, easy to get along with, pay my bills on time, treat others with respect, clean/NO criminal history. Just me, no kids/ gf/ spouse, no pets/animals. Free agent ;p
