Hey there, I’m recently moved out my apartment on the 11th of July, do you allow a cat? I’m fine with paying extra.

Currently, the in Airbnb in Fredericksburg, as in-between zone/layover until 17 July. If you have a room for me to check out, I’ll stop by anything after 5 or late in the evening because I work night shift from 12 AM to 10 AM. Sometimes my job does not release me till like 2 PM

So, ahead up,

If I don’t reply, I am probably asleep or I didn’t see the notification in my email, however I am on roomies everyday and Facebook Market Place to find a suitable room.

Few things about me:

• I’m usually on my computer doing something if not working I work at night. You barely see me unless I’m off.

• now as for my budget it’s a range, 750-1,000, yet I don’t mind going to1,200 - ONLY IF I feel comfortable with the place and the worth off the room and overall living conditions

I’ll be looking for a year term, as co-resident for apartment complex to make myself valid, please make sure I’m not signed on to the lease, if you have have a shorter term, we’ll talk. – I will mainly stick to the budget.

• I do understand trust and respect to roommate, as well being “A Good Roommate.” It’s genuinely hard to find good roommates, but you have my word. I have experienced bad/horrible roommates prior when I had my apartment at Brittany Commons in Spotsylvania 2 bed & 2 bathroom.

• I have proof on income, you can run a background check, anything relevant to build rapport with you.

• Payments on my behalf will be sent to you through Zelle
