I am working full time 2nd shift right now. I’m looking to be as close to my job as possible. I keep all of my stuff in my storage unit. Not willing to put my name on a lease or utilities, but will sign a written agreement for renting a room. I prefer a flat rate per month. I have my own internet with my phone. I buy my own personal bathroom necessities. I buy my own food. I get myself to and from my job. I am looking to rent a room, garage, camper, rv, basement out…or even pay to live in a backyard will pay rent for a land spot…Location is the most important to me, I am type of person that stays to themselves. The most ideal situation for me is someone who is also to themselves and has some space available to rent out. Things that would be a plus to me would be washer/dryer access, separate entrance, a 2nd bathroom.
