No kids. No pets. Professional. Demanding career. 800 credit. The opposite of a work from home type. Not an “entrepreneur.”

Avid triathlete. Rarely home during week except to crash. IE, gone at 5AM to swim before work. Typically bike or run after work Long rides on weekends or races.

Don’t drink. Don’t smoke. Absolutely zero tolerance for drugs - if you’re a partier I’m not a fit.

Social and outgoing - but I turn it off to decompress at home, where I would be likely to greet you, exchange pleasantries, and climb aboard my indoor bike with earbuds in for a couple of hours.

Not a neat freak but not living any place an adult would mistake for a frat house either.

Shorter version: not looking for a BFF. Just a responsible adult with a great place.

This is entirely transactional. I still own a home in coastal Georgia and - as I am moving to California solo - a roommate seemed clever.

Bonus is you too are active and health conscious, as the lifestyle meshes well.
