*I am very allergic to pet dander, so no homes with fur babies. *I prefer no carpet in the room, but not a deal breaker as long as carpet is clean. (these are my only 2 hangups -smile).

I am looking for a peaceful environment with a nice room and private bathroom in an upscale/beautiful home. I am clean, quiet, pleasant, and respectful of your home. I am employed and have my own vehicle.

I enjoy walking, dancing, art, poetry, travel, and getting outside as much as possible. I enjoy listening to live music in the parks or at the beach.

I have one daughter. She’s all grown up and lives on her own in the area. (The site did not give the option to select that I have an adult child, all the options were for “children”.)

I rarely cook and prefer to dine out or pick up something on my way home. Occasionally I will make a smoothie for breakfast.
