I’m looking for a room to rent for 12 months. I work out of home 3 days and watch my grandson at my daughters home (Newark) once a week. I’m friendly but quiet and keep all areas clean and tidy. I do need time to recharge and usually just chill in my room, watch YouTube and plan travel trips. I am recovering from health issues, 2 years in remission. Doing great! but still on the path to full recovery.

Weekends are also cleaning time, so I will have time to do general cleaning up of common areas and my own area. I tidy up after myself daily.

I am a smoker but only smoke outside.

I’m currently renting a room (just over the PA line north of 202) at $700 a month (month to month) I would like to return to the area. Newark, DE (and surrounding area/Brookside). But would prefer an unfurnished room on a budget. I do have my own bed (queen), small desk, small recliner, and tv. If only furnished room available, I may be able to storage things elsewhere.
