I prefer to live with one other person, only, in an apartment that has at least two bedrooms, with lots of natural, bright light in every room. A two-bath would be ideal, but not necessary as long as it is kept immaculately neat and sanitized at all times. I’d prefer an empty bedroom that is freshly painted. A washer-dryer in unit would be ideal, but not necessary. However, an in-building laundry option is a must. The Apartment must be within walking distance to the Bronx/Manhattan Express buses BXM 1, BXM 2, or BXM3. I am an administrative assistant, by day and a TV & Film background performer, by night. A quiet and peaceful home is of utmost importance; and to live with such a person, is the same – who is quiet, respectful of boundaries and conscientious and ethical, especially as it pertains to privacy and other people’s possessions; one who is neat and clean and has impeccably clean habits, especially, as it pertains to the bathroom. My ideal roommate would have the same habits. I do not drink, nor smoke anything of any kind. I can’t and won’t tolerate smoking of any kind within the home. A NON SMOKING building is preferred, as smoke tends to travel from dwelling to dwelling, seeping through baseboards and thin walls. I enjoy cooking and baking. I don’t leave trash in the home overnight, or unwashed dishes in the sink or elsewhere - night or day; I sanitize the kitchen and bathroom after myself after each use, and I would expect the same from my roommate. I am Christian. So, it would be ideal to share a dwelling space with someone of like-mind, and of same faith. I don’t own any pets, but I would like to get a dog and a cat, if they are allowed in building.
