NEEDS: access to bathroom, kitchen, laundry, covered parking, WiFi. No drama or stress.

PREFER: En suite, garage, private enhance; studio or Mother-in-Law. However, I’m excellent with compromise. I’d like to begin move earlier than August 1st. (Current contract is thru July, after I pay July 1st, I’m not required to remain until July 31st).
