(Anywhere around 39530 zip code) Hi, I go out of my way to be a great roommate. Please verify all of this with my current landlord, I have been here 14 months. I have been paying 2 weeks early every month. I paid $120 once for the house to be cleaned from top to bottom. I paid for and installed a curved shower curtain, the extra room is great, the landlord loves it too. I pay for the landlord’s pet medications. She is the sweetest dog in the world and well worth it. I also give her the medications, feed her, bath her and take very good care of the dog. I also help with a second dog that we were lucky enough to get 2 months ago. I love dogs. I am going to try to continue to be a great roommate. By the way my current landlord is GREAT.
