Looking for a mostly unfurnished private room!

~ BA in Sociology at CSUN 2021 ~ works 28-35 hours outside of house ~ clean, sociable, empathetic, responsible, respectful, funny, quiet, friendly, emotionally stable, knows how to read the room, very super cool ~ loves animals ~ enjoys being outside the house ~ fully vaccinated (as are all the people close to me) ~ 420 friendly and LGBTQ+ supporter/member ~ doesn’t tolerate racism, sexism, bigotry or discrimination and wants to live with likeminded people

A private room with a private bathroom would be the ultimate dream. However, a private bathroom is not a requirement. I have a new full-sized mattress I don’t want to leave behind. I’m really into decorating my space so mostly unfurnished is ideal. I’m not looking for fully furnished.

I’m looking for a place to stay for a year or so until my boyfriend finishes school and we can move in together. I’m all about making the peace and taking care of my space and respecting the boundaries of those I live with.

I’m finally moving out of my family home - it’s just time to do my own thing! Though I’ve never leased a room before I am very confident I will be an excellent roommate. I am the eldest of 6 - I can handle it all!! I’m cool living with extroverted and/or introverted people. I’m super friendly and easygoing myself. I will not bring any drama or stress into the house. General tidiness and cleanliness are important to me!! As is paying bills on time.

I work at a Trader Joes and when I’m settled, I’ll look into transferring to a closer store if need be.

I drink within reason. I enjoy having a couple of beers after work or when socializing with others. I don’t do hard drugs or bring the party home.
