I work remotely. I have a full time residence in North Central Florida, but my office is in St. Pete. I am looking to rent a room (preferably in a house, but not necessarily) in Tampa Bay area. I am not looking to relocate to the area for another year or so, that is why I’m looking for a room to spend a few days out of the month down there. I travel frequently so I won’t be there every week, but I will split the household expenses with you. I am open to teaming up and finding a place together.

I have two hard requirements: (1) you must be clean and tidy. (2) You can NOT have a felony record - no judgements, but due to the nature of my work, I can not reside with someone who has a record.

Other random facts: (1) very handy and can fix anything around the house (2) animal lover, but don’t have any pets (3) outdoorsy and very active, if not working or traveling, you can find me playing soccer, biking on a trail, brewing beer or cooking up a storm in the kitchen (4) excellent cook and be more than happy to share (5) quiet [but sociable] and very clean (6) non-smoker (7) open-minded and tolerant of most things.
