I’m a 45 yr old woman. I keep my things neat and I like tidy. I’m good with pets and kids. I smoke cigarettes but I smoke outside, don’t have any issues with with people who smoke the other stuff or have differing lifestyles but would prefer a female roommate close in age because I’m in a relationship and don’t want to worry him. Probably won’t see much of me between work and my social life.
