I work a 4/10 schedule and I usually work from home two of those days. Work a lot of overtime too. Would like to rent a bedroom in a safe area either in a home OR in an apartment with a PRIVATE BATH and air conditioning. Would prefer bedroom on first floor but not essential. I am Easy going, friendly but keep to self mostly after work. I enjoy gardening, hiking, love animals, doing puzzles and exploring new places and towns and binging great shows. I am organized and I clean up after myself in home and in kitchen. No drug use, no criminal history. Open to city or country living. Looking for place for at-least SIX months OR longer. Will pay more for a studio apartment. My Kids are grown and off living life. I have been living in Bennett Valley and love the location but the air-conditioning system broke over a year ago and the homeowner is not going to replace it.
